We are always looking for ways of updating our business practices and regularly invest in technology to improve our service. As technology has progressed so have we and we are now pleased to announce the launch of our new Health & Safety online service that allows you to manage your Health & Safety policy online.
This new service will give you access to your own Health & Safety policy and all the forms, records and organisational responsibilities online, through a secure password protected login, which will particularly benefit multi-site operations.
Alterations to the policy can be made instantly and updates, as appropriate, will be done automatically. We will notify you of any changes by email.
By choosing to access your Health & Safety policy online you can have complete peace of mind knowing that your company will always be up-to-date with any changes in legislation.
Whether you are working from the office, home or any other location you can access your Health & Safety policy easily via the internet.
You will be able to access your policy at any time and you will never have problems with running out of forms as they can be downloaded as a PDF for you to fill in and print out as often as you need, or completed online and saved to your PC, totally avoiding the need for printing.
Furthermore our new online service will help the environment. We won’t need to send out printed copies to all of our clients and it will help you achieve that paperless office!
You can also download a PDF of your Health & Safety policy or just download the sections you need for your reference without needing to print out the entire document. If you need or prefer otherwise don’t worry, we can still provide you with a printed copy too if you need one!
